Wild Adventures Theme Park Performance

Uploaded by Hannah Kortrey on 2015-11-05.

This performance was performed twice a day six days a week. Before we performed we would always try to find a willing audience member to learn a small portion of the dance so they could jump in and perform it with us.  We would have parades and perform line dances that everyone would know at the end of our performance to make sure everyone was involved and that they would have a memorable experience. Then on Friday nights at the water park we would dance all night in front of the DJ's stage, either to just entertain with free styling pop songs or to dance with the little kids.  While working there I learned to become flexible because the audience and the weather are very unpredictable. All performances were outside on the concreate in the Georgia heat which gave me the endurance to perform several times a day for multiple days in a row. The choreography is by Esmond Pickett.

"Out the Speakers" by A-Track and Milo and Otis, "Up Town Funk" by Bruno Mars, and "Planet Rock" by Afrika Bambaataa and The Soul Sonic Force
