"Pressure" ACDA choreography reel
This is the first piece I choreographed for the stage. It is about darkness vs. light and the inner struggle we encounter with in our lives. There were four dancers, three represented darkness and one represented the light. The props include a long black fabric which was manipulated throughout the dance and black powder. The dancers representing darkness smeared the black powder all over the girl in white whenever they came into contact. In 2016 I presented my adjudicated piece at the American College Dance Association. I apologize for the poor video quality.
